OK so my Xmas piece failed me horribly thanks to a typical designer issue, so instead I'll show you some game art I've worked on for my client www.visualfidelitystudio.com
Just some weapon designs from an FPS tech demo and a Motorbike render for an upcoming title.

A Very Merry Update!!!

Hi
So as I promised earlier here is the aforementioned update!!!
Im working on the final rendering and am getting all the shadows correct
before I add in the highlights and extra details.
I hope you like it so far and are getting as excited as I am to see the end result.

XMAS UPDATE

Hi everyone.
Apologies for the delay on an update to my Christmas piece. Been a bit of a hectic month.
Anyway, now I can get back to finishing what I have promised you all.
This is the flat color lay to get the look and feel right. There's no shading yet, that will come next.
For now, have a look and I hope this is a start to make you all feel like Christmas.

To give you an idea about how it will be lit. The light source will be from behind Santa, to show its late at
night, so the room will be mostly dark, but with enough light to focus the viewer on the main features without any distraction.

Im working on some new artwork and will have it done soon.
Being a perfectionist takes its toll when I'm painting away, getting
every ounce of detail perfect, getting the tones blended just right.
I'm sure i'll get it down to a fine art soon enough.
But for now, know this.
