Finally I Return!!!

Hi all!!!
So I had a slight turn of art styles in the last few months.
Took me a while to narrow it down to the look I was happy with.
A lot of experimenting and frustration, and in then victory!!!
Not to say I wont be doing concept paintings, I still love them, I just wanted to go with something new, exciting, and different!!!
I hope you all like the new direction I have gone in!!!
Had a lot of positive feedback from other sources, so its a push in the right direction!!!

New Piece - Fan Art

So I've finally completed a new piece. No disasters this time.
Its a piece of fan art from one of the coolest games of this generation.
If you know what that game is, then you will understand this piece.
My aim was to get the feeling of the complete isolation this game instils on the player.

A Very Merry Update!!!

Hi
So as I promised earlier here is the aforementioned update!!!
Im working on the final rendering and am getting all the shadows correct
before I add in the highlights and extra details.
I hope you like it so far and are getting as excited as I am to see the end result.

Next update will be the final piece. So by the weekend it will be complete!!!

XMAS UPDATE

Hi everyone.
Apologies for the delay on an update to my Christmas piece. Been a bit of a hectic month.
Anyway, now I can get back to finishing what I have promised you all.
This is the flat color lay to get the look and feel right. There's no shading yet, that will come next.
For now, have a look and I hope this is a start to make you all feel like Christmas.

To give you an idea about how it will be lit. The light source will be from behind Santa, to show its late at
night, so the room will be mostly dark, but with enough light to focus the viewer on the main features without any distraction.
